Desert Trails B&B Policies

• Check-in between 3-6 PM please call if you are going to arrive after 6 PM
• Check-out is 11 AM
• Single occupancy is $10 less per night
• Children with well-behaved parents are welcome
• Sorry, no pets
• We are a non-smoking Inn. Guests who smoke may do so outdoors.
• There is a 2 night minimum on weekends, exceptions may be made within 3 days of the requested date
• Charges for additional persons in the rooms in the main house: $25 per person. Guesthouse additional persons: adults $15, children $10, breakfast $10 per person.

Deposits

• To confirm your reservation a one night deposit per three night stay is required. We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Cancellation Policy

• With 14 or more days notice deposit is refunded less $25.00 per room cancellation fee.
• If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be returned less the cancellation fee only if the accommodation is rebooked.
• A Special Cancellation Policy exists for groups or individuals reserving more than two rooms for any given date. This policy basically extends the cancellation notification period from 14 days to 30 days.
